As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead engineering teams and drive successful product outcomes for Amplified’s clients and internal projects. You are an elite software developer with a full-stack skillset and experience architecting and maintaining complex systems. In addition to solving complex engineering problems, you will also guide and unblock the broader engineering team to ensure internal alignment and timely delivery. You are a mentor; you enjoy supporting junior colleagues and watching them grow into more senior contributors.
