Who The Role Is For:
We’re looking for a Mid/Senior QA Engineer to help us improve the quality and reliability of our software products. You’ll play a key role in shaping our QA processes, with a strong focus on manual testing while contributing to automation efforts for critical areas.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong experience in manual & automation testing,including exploratory, regression, and functional testing.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
• Ability to design clear and structured test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Linear, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Test new features, bug fixes, and ongoing development work.
• Execute exploratory, regression, and functional testing to ensure product stability.
• Review requirements and provide early feedback to prevent issues before development.
• Write and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans).
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Contribute to test coverage strategy, identifying what should be automated vs. manually tested.
• Gradually implement or support automation for critical user flows, where it brings the most value.
Nice to have:
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST clients).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how tests integrate into them.
• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience working in teams without a defined QA process
• Knowledge of performance or security testing basics.
