Who this role is for:

As a product manager, you’ll manage the product development lifecycle from initial concept through launch. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with fellow Amplifiers and clients. Your work will touch all aspects of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including: initial market and customer research, early ideation and brainstorming, requirements gathering and MVP scoping, collaboration with the design and engineering teams, launching to the market, measuring and analyzing product performance, and iterating based on market feedback and evolving product strategy. Amplified product managers play a key role, not only in making sure the team stays aligned and coordinated, but also in securing a strong relationship with external product stakeholders, namely our clients. Who we are looking for: 

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration, economics, computer science, visual design, marketing, the liberal arts, or related fields).
• An advanced degree in business administration, IT, or project management is a plus!
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects or managing teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive, team-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to track and prioritize tasks across projects.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills (and intuition) for identifying great products.
• Attention to detail and a knack for translating business needs into clear plans and priorities.

What you’ll do at Amplified:

• Coordinate with clients to define product goals, backlogs, and priorities
• Perform market and customer research to help drive product strategy
• Monitor metrics and KPIs in support of data-driven decision making
• Assess market performance and user feedback to further refine product strategy
• Keep documentation updated and identify new product opportunities or blockers
• Manage team workloads, assign tasks, and ensure timelines are met
• Lead or support product calls, summarize discussions, and highlight dependencies
• Track team availability and ensure smooth communication around schedules
• Act as a facilitator to remove roadblocks and improve delivery
• Offer feedback, flag issues, and help identify professional development opportunities
