Who we are looking for: 

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience leading projects or managing teams
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive, team-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
• The ability to track and prioritize tasks across projects
• Familiarity with Agile principles and tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp is a plus
• Attention to detail and a knack for translating business needs into clear plans and priorities

What you’ll do at Amplified:

• Coordinate with clients to define product goals, backlogs, and priorities
• Keep documentation updated and identify new product opportunities or blockers
• Manage team workloads, assign tasks, and ensure timelines are met
• Lead or support product calls, summarize discussions, and highlight dependencies
• Track team availability and ensure smooth communication around schedules
• Act as a facilitator to remove roadblocks and improve delivery
• Offer feedback, flag issues, and help identify professional development opportunities
