The person we’re looking for should have: 

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, or a closely related field) or equally transferable skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Great organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and keep track of existing workload.
  • Proactive and team-first mindset.
  • Some knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Attention to details; being able to identify business needs and define product roadmaps based on them.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Writing documentation, identifying new product opportunities or problems.
  • Coordinating with clients to expand, define and create the backlog of tasks.
  • Keeping the backlog up to date and managing tasks.
  • Coordinating the workload within the team, allocating tasks and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Overseeing discussion during product calls, noting down takeaways so that all updates and dependencies are in view for all members of the team.
  • Acting as a facilitator for the team to enable their productivity and quality of work. Providing feedback and identifying growth opportunities. 
  • Keeping track of team availability (holidays, sick days, etc.).
