The person we’re looking for should have:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, or a closely related field) or equally transferable skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Great organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep track of existing workload.
- Proactive and team-first mindset.
- Some knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) is a bonus.
- Attention to details; being able to identify business needs and define product roadmaps based on them.
- Solution-oriented mindset.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Writing documentation, identifying new product opportunities or problems.
- Coordinating with clients to expand, define and create the backlog of tasks.
- Keeping the backlog up to date and managing tasks.
- Coordinating the workload within the team, allocating tasks and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Overseeing discussion during product calls, noting down takeaways so that all updates and dependencies are in view for all members of the team.
- Acting as a facilitator for the team to enable their productivity and quality of work. Providing feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
- Keeping track of team availability (holidays, sick days, etc.).
