What you should bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, especially in the software industry.
• Experience in spatial design (in VR and AR environments) is a great bonus.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Affinity Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring design concepts to fruition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for software products, branding and marketing assets.
• Lead design projects from ideation to execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, and incorporate innovative ideas into our design process.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
